Warranty and Returns policy
Our high quality HID/LED conversion kits are all covered by a 1 year limited warranty (warranty for other products are various and will be mentioned in the description if any) against manufacturer defects, in which a manufacturer-defective part, in the kit and within the warranty period will be replaced at no additional charge immediately. The warranty is void if the cause of damage or failure is due to abuse, neglect, improper installation, and use other than the intended use or application, accidents or natural disasters. The warranty will also be void if globes have been tampered with and/or removed and replaced with globes not bought through Night Vision Oz directly. This Limited Warranty specifically excludes defects resulting from fire, chemical spillage, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, submersion, vehicle crash, dropping or by any other type of impact. ANY modification to the system and components, or operating on a vehicle with a defective headlight housing. *Our warranty will only apply on the products which sell directly from online store, face-to-face transactions. No warranty will be given from us directly if you purchase our products from our installers/resellers. The installers and resellers will take care of their own warranty services (parts and labour). Return/Refund Policy If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may return the item the day you receive the item. The product must be "unused, in original packaging" and we will refund you or replace your with another sizes. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling charges for sending the item back. Once we receive the product and have verified that it is unused and in original packaging, we will refund your payment in the same way the item was paid. Please note that there will be no refund for labour and shipping fee under any circumstances. No refund will be provided once the product is on the vehicle due the usual hardware wear-out during installation even the product is defective. However, 1 year warranty will still apply if the HID/LED kit is defective. We do not refund/return any HID kit if one side of the HID do not turn on sometimes due to low in current from the original plug. However, we can supply relay harness to fix this issue. Installation charge will apply. No refund will be offered if the product is electrically working on the car (colour different, flickering) HOWEVER we will replace brand new ballast/bulb to ensure the problem will be resolved. No refund will be offered if the buyer cannot install the product into the vehicle which required minor modification or required extra hardware like bracket, adaptor and etc. We will not be responsible for any charge during any installation and we will not uninstall any defective parts. Our customers are required to bring the defective part so out to replace for a new replacement. We are not responsible should a vehicle be deemed not roadworthy with our light kits fitted. We are happy to offer advice at time of purchase about this. If you wish to cancel your order after the order has been paid for there is a 20% re stocking fee involved if you wish to cancel your order. Note some of our kits are for track use only
